A "Final Chapter" that will not be...

Similarly to the last, I think my expectations are low, so I'm finding the sequels to be pretty much what I expected and not too disappointing.

I enjoyed how this is the third movie in a row to immediately follow the previous and it was fun to see a young Corey Feldman and Crispin Glover.

The raunchiness, camp, and gore are becoming a notorious staple with the franchise at this point, though I felt like a lot of the killing was happening off-screen compared to the earlier movies. Getting to see Jason with the mask off was a surprising treat.

Another repetitive sequel that does its job as a campy sequel if you get yourself into the mood to watch a dated 80s slasher, but nothing to go our of your way for.

Thanks for stoping by! ;)
